Each workshop combines instructor-led educational sessions, experiential practice, small group discussion, printed support materials, and a personalized action plan.
Our standard workshop sessions are full-day duration and can be customized depending on your requirements. Any number of participants can partake, depending on the level of interactivity and personal attention desired.

This Training Experience Will Explore:

- Practical strategies to improve mental health and well-being;
- Types of support available and how to choose the most helpful solution.
How To Be A Psychologically Safe Leader
The goal of this workshop is to increase knowledge, comfort and ability in recognizing and managing issues related to mental health in the workplace.
This Training Experience Will Explore:
- Your mental health and well-being culture;
- Positive mental health and well-being practices in your workplace;
- Ways to recognize and respond supportively to employees with a suspected mental health and/or well-being issues;
- How to create a positive and supportive work environment to facilitate successful return to work for employees with mental health and well-being issues; and

- Managing moods (depression, anger).
- Managing worry (anxiety, stress).

- Parenting and Family Issues.
- Healthy relationships.
Taking Control of Stress
Is there more to stress management than learning to relax? This course teaches key stress management skills, based on our best-in-class seven factor stress management model "COMFORT" including managing thinking, increasing positive experiences, getting active, realistic optimism, and stress "reframing."

- What stress is.
- Signs and symptoms of unhealthy stress.
